FAQ

Common questions

Short answers about the product as it works today.

What does Lopingo monitor?

HTTP(S) endpoints you configure — status codes, latency, and TLS certificate expiry shown in the dashboard. We do not offer TCP, ICMP, DNS, or browser checks yet.

Where do checks run from?

A single EU probe region today. Multi-region is on the roadmap when demand justifies it — we will not claim global coverage we do not have.

How does the free trial work?

14 days, no card required. After the trial, active checks pause until you subscribe; you can still sign in and read history.

What alerts do I get?

Email, Telegram, Discord, or Slack when a monitor goes DOWN or recovers (UP), per monitor — at most one channel of each type. Telegram: tap Link Telegram in Settings (opens our bot); alerts arrive in that private chat. Slack/Discord: paste an Incoming Webhook URL.

Do you offer status pages?

Yes — create a public page under Status pages in the app, attach monitors, publish, and share /status/your-slug. Visitors see overall status, each URL (not internal monitor names), uptime %, and a 90-day heartbeat. History builds as checks run; days before a monitor existed stay empty.

What are TLS / SSL warnings?

Certificates nearing expiry (within about 30 days) appear as warnings in the dashboard. Automatic reminder emails are not sent yet — they are on the roadmap.

Is there a platform status page?

Yes — lopingo.com/system-status shows API, database, and probe health plus spare check capacity.

Do you sell my data or track me with ads?

No. We do not run third-party advertising analytics. See the privacy policy.

How do I delete my account?

From Settings in the app. Associated workspace data is removed from our primary systems; a non-reversible trial fingerprint may remain to prevent repeated free trials.
